WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. HOWEVER, IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS, WE OFFER THE POSSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT FOR EVERY ORDER PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE.
RETURNS IN OUR STORE ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT. IN ORDER FOR THE RETURN PROCEDURE TO BE INITIATED, THE PRODUCT MUST NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF USE.
THE SHIPPING COST OF THE RETURN IS COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH-ON-DELIVERY SHIPMENTS OR PERSONAL RETURNS DELIVERED TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
UNDERWEAR, PERFUMES, AND CONDOMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

THE REFUND COVERS THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND THE DELIVERY COST.
IF AN INVOICE WAS ATTACHED TO THE ORDER, A CORRECTION INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED. IT SHOULD BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE AT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ABOVE.
IF A FREE GIFT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE ORDER, IT MUST BE RETURNED TOGETHER WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCT.
THE REFUND TRANSFER WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE RETURN PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO OUR OFFICE.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OUR PARTNERS’ PHYSICAL STORES OR ON THEIR WEBSITES ARE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICIES OF THOSE PARTNERS.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE. THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED AND A NEW ORDER MUST BE PLACED FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT OR SIZE.
