Returns
We make every effort to ensure that the Customer is satisfied with the purchase made on our website. However, if the product does not meet expectations, we offer the option to withdraw from the agreement.
Returns in our store are possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. In order for the return procedure to be initiated, the product must not show any signs of use. The shipping cost is covered by the Customer.
How to return a product?
Fill out the return form included in the package. If you do not have it, print any return form or write your details on a piece of paper.
Pack the product together with the form, then send it to the address indicated below.
You can use the website wygodnezwroty.pl by selecting our company and completing the online form. In that case, you do not need to include a paper version:

The refund covers the price of the product and delivery.
If an invoice was attached to the order, a correction invoice will be issued for it, which should be signed and sent back to the office at the address provided above.
If a free gift was included with the order, the gift must be returned together with the returned product.
The time for ordering the refund transfer is 14 days from the moment the package is delivered to our office.
Underwear, perfumes, and condoms are not eligible for return.

Returns of products purchased in our partners’ physical stores and on their websites are processed in accordance with those partners’ policies.
Product exchange is not possible. The product must be returned and a new order must be placed for a different product/size.
