Privacy Policy

By completing the purchase form and ticking the box next to the relevant statement, the Customer consents to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by the Controller, for the purpose necessary to perform the provisions of the Terms and Conditions available at https://2005.global/pages/terms-and-conditions and the services provided on their basis.

The controller of personal data is 2005 Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Nowa 23, 05-500 Stara, NIP 951-245-79-77, REGON 369720731.

Only personal data voluntarily provided by the Customer is collected. The data is processed for the purpose necessary to perform the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, in particular for the purpose of:

  • concluding a sales agreement
  • delivering the order to the Customer
  • issuing a document confirming the sales transaction
  • contacting the Customer regarding the order
  • handling complaints
  • handling the return or exchange of the purchased product
  • other activities related to the conclusion or performance of the sales agreement

The data provided when placing an Order — first and last name, address, telephone number, and email address — is transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill, which also constitutes an instruction to deliver the shipment. Depending on the selected delivery method, the data is transferred to:

  • DPD Polska Sp. z o.o.
  • InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o.

The data provided when placing an Order — first and last name and email address — is transferred to instant payment systems. Depending on the selected payment method, the data is transferred to:

  • PayPro S.A.
  • Paypal Polska sp. z o.o.
  • Shopify Inc.
  • Klarna Group plc

The Customer has the right at any time to access the content of their personal data and the right to correct it or request its deletion.

The Controller informs that the Customer is not obliged to provide their personal data; however, refusal to provide it will prevent the proper provision of the services specified in the Terms and Conditions and the performance of obligations arising from the agreement concluded between the Store and the Customer.

The collected data is carefully protected in accordance with applicable regulations. The Controller makes every effort to ensure an appropriate level of security for the stored data.

The Store uses cookies. When the Customer visits the Store’s website, the Store’s system sends at least one cookie file to the Customer’s computer in order to uniquely identify the browser. The Store’s server automatically records information sent by the Customer’s browser when displaying websites. Server logs may contain information such as the web request, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time the request was sent. This information allows us to improve the quality of our services by identifying and storing Customer preferences and tracking trends. The Customer may block the receipt of cookies, thereby remaining anonymous; however, if cookies are not permitted, the Store will not be able to identify the Customer or their preferences.

The Store informs Customers that the services offered through the Store are provided via the public Internet network. Accordingly, the Store draws Customers’ attention to the fact that using the Store’s services may involve risks related to third-party interference in the transmission of data sent via the Internet between the Store and the Customer.

The recording, securing, and provision of the content of the concluded agreement takes place by sending the relevant email message after the conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
